The painters have expressed different symbolic indications about the color in their paintings throughout the painting history, depending on the technique that the painter follows. The symbolic indication of the color may change depending on the Idea of the painting, and its content resulting in the possibility of the painting carrying psychological or social dimensions, etc. All of that is being transformed into a painting by the painter according to his vision and his visualization of his painting’s idea. The painter may break the fixed rule of color symbolism; like the painter "Van Gogh" has used cold colors to symbolize a certain psychological state, which can contradict what cold colors normally express. There are some paintings of certain painters who have used the color’s symbolism differently to achieve their own vision according to their creativity motivations. It can be a reflection of a certain psychological situation, or it can be an outcome of the painters’ inputs. It can also be an expression of what is happening inside them, whether it is a state of happiness, sadness, or internal conflicts. From this point of view, the researcher will carry out an inductive analytical study of some painters from different ages who used colors in their creations and gave them a whole different meaning than what is known. This is to identify the reasons and motives of these specific symbolic indications which caused new unique updated forms of painting, both intellectually and with great performance.
