DIGITAL SCENOGRAPHY FOR "LAND OF PEACE" FILM FESTIVAL INSPIRED BY MUSEUM OF ISLAMIC ART’S COLLECTIONS IN EGYPT

Abstract

Film festivals are opportunities for cultural exchange and artistic expression, they serve as pivotal moments in shaping public awareness and culture, especially amidst current global turmoil of conflicts.
Designing a film festival's platform is a crucial artistic task undertaken by the scenographer to create design solutions that align with the festival's message and program. Research significance: presenting a contemporary artistic vision for "Land of Peace" film festival's scenography lies in adapting to digital age, inspired by Museum of Islamic art’s collections., Research aim: offering 3D digital experience for the festival, presented online on virtual platforms, aligning with the global trend towards digitization and avoiding challenges of physical construction amid worldwide economic crises and political tensions. Through a descriptive-analytical approach, research concludes that enhancing remote interactive experiences between audiences and film festival events can foster innovative artistic and cultural horizons that keep pace with the challenges of digital age.
