DIGITAL SCULPTURE AND ITS IMPACT ON THE CREATIVITY OF THE CONTEMPORARY SCULPTOR

Abstract

The used, beginning with specialized programs in two- and three-dimensional design, and their different types and multiple versions, in addition to giving some models on each of them, up to numerical control machines (CNC) and three-dimensional printing and the extent of their impact These techniques are based on the creativity of the contemporary sculptor and to what extent is it added to the sculptural field and other areas of life. of their digital sculptures, And through the research, researcher sought to increase the definition of digital sculpture and its techniques and tools it will become clear to the reader the importance of the role played by modern digital technology and the reason for its dominance in the contemporary sculptural field, in addition to the strong influence on the contemporary sculptor because of the facilities and strong capabilities it provides that enable the sculptor to achieve his creative vision and artistic philosophy, but it is executed in a modern way and with advanced techniques that keep pace with the times away from the usual traditional ways.
