Abstract
Feminist art changed the concept of modernity; it appeared in the late sixties and seventies of the twentieth century and spread rapidly in many countries due to the acceptance of this art and its fusion in societies, and its role in solving women’s problems at the global level. We also find the emergence of feminist art in Egypt recently in a widespread way in many art forms among which is the art of painting. Since art is a mirror of the society, it reflects social, political, and economic problems. Consequently, the art of contemporary Feminist drawing appeared in Egypt because of those conditions that emerged in Egypt in the last decades of two successive revolutions, the marginalization of women’s role and the wrong popular legacies that women have suffered for many years, although it differs from Women's rights in true monotheistic religions, where the status of women is honored and glorified. The researcher and many artists were interested in women's issues; bringing up their suffering in their artwork with their techniques, to find solutions to women's problems and social advancement.
